Upon receiving check from payee, bank verifies
the digitally signed barcode for authenticity. If it’s
found to be authentic, the request is processed and amount is
deposited into payee’s account.
The verification of digitally signed barcode also prevents multiple
clearance (Duplicate detection) of the same check. Duplicate
detection at banks prevent an eMailACheck from being deposited
more than once, or being paid more than once. This add to the
